I’m Cat and I’ve been writing about music and stuff for well over a decade.

My original ‘about me’ page was very long and written entirely in the 3rd person because I thought it was hilarious. I still stand by that.

I used to describe myself as ‘the wrong side of my twenties’ – but now I’ve tipped arse over tit into the next decade altogether. And that’s alright. If my 30s are even half as eventful, spectacular, mediocre and awful as my 20s were.. I’m sure I’ll have plenty to write about.

What to expect: music, gigs, vinyl, bands, beer, drag, pop culture, rants, relationships, dating & sex, an obscene amount of nostalgia (specifically for the glory days of 2005-2009), plenty of failures, my hair, sarcasm, anxiety, mental health, bad jokes, tattoos, cheap wine. A messy combination of all of the above.
