so here we are again. almost a month has gone by since vino & vinyl ~ an introduction. and am i still dancing around my room to vinyl with a drink in my hand? you bet i am darlin’.
this month has seen me digging through my mam’s old box of vinyl singles. from the 70’s, with a handle covered in rust (and dust), you can find most of bowie’s back catalogue, a bit of free, a dash of hazel o’connor, the police, some clapton and maybe even some ‘quo thrown in. quite a mix you might say.
so i did what any person with ears would do and went straight for bowie. and to drink? well, me and me mam went down tesco and got one of those ‘dine in for a tenner’ things. and ended up with this rosé as a result. which, as stated last time, i was more than alright with due to my favourite wine being.. wine.
THIS WEEK
the vino ~ tesco ‘wine route’ spain garnacha rose. described on the bottle as ‘delicious and refreshing, slightly sweet rosé bursting with raspberry and strawberry flavours’. i’m not maaaaad on sweet wines, but this was pretty lovely and fruity. and i can confirm it was finished within the recommended 2 days since opening.. as jon richardson once stated ‘that’s not binge drinking, its a deadline’.
the vinyl ~ david bowie 7″ vinyl maxi single – space oddity : changes/velvet goldmine. three solid tunes.

check in and see what i’m spinning and sipping next time.
